Overview
ITility is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Human Resources Team Lead for Workforce Management and HRIS functions to support the Human Resource (HR) Manager and provide guidance to a team while supporting the client’s mission. This individual will be a member of a cross-functional team. This position is contingent upon contract award.
This position will sit onsite at the Client location in Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities
Duties /Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a small HRIS team to facilitate and support client HR data system to optimize organizational human capital efforts and objectives for IC Leaders and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with ITility HR Manager and host client human capital management partners to optimize and integrate HRIS best practices in support of client organizational goals.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with client, stakeholders and interagency partners across HR and other integrative operations. Provide leadership and technical support.
- Provide teams with the training, guidance and resources needed to foster and sustain collaborative relationships, strengthen task competencies and optimize productivity.
- Responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity and congruency across multiple HR data systems.
- Support HR programs, processes, coordinating projects and act as liaison between HR Manager and team.
- Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
- Partner with HR team members or others to troubleshoot and maintain data integrity.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline workflows through enhancements.
- Serve as subject matter expert on all relevant HR data systems and platform capabilities.
- Establish governance and audit processes to ensure HRIS data quality, compliance, reliability and sustainability.
- Lead people analytics efforts, ensuring IC leaders and stakeholders have timely and accurate data.
- Expand the use of dashboards, automated reporting and analytics capabilities to support decision making.
- Develop, update and maintain user guides, training and documentation for analytics tools and facilitate client learning opportunities to bolster workforce knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Collaborate with HR staff to identify and implement system and process improvements related to HR workflows, automation, data management, and reporting; recommend and implement solutions.
- Provide day-to-day support as needed. Assist with assigned Ad Hoc tasks/projects.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Active Top Secret SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
- Experience supporting the IC in an HR role.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently.
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with team members and stakeholders.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with relational databases and SQL queries is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience of HR mana
