Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) is looking for a Senior Revenue FP&A Analyst to build out improved and consolidated revenue and cost forecasting models. Reporting directly to the Strategic Finance Manager and through to the Senior Director of Strategic Finance, you will oversee crucial business metric tracking and make recommendations to senior leaders regarding business direction . This role will become a revenue subject matter expert for the firm and will engage with decision makers across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:● Lead company forecast consolidation, track critical cost centers, assist with quarterly and annual planning, partner with accounting on period close analysis, and help develop improved reporting for critical financial metrics.● Lead margin oversight across the P&L and build monthly business vs actual reviews to track performance.● Support investor relations activities and external reporting requirements.● Pursue automation and process improvement across financial processes.● Analyze financial results to identify significant business trends, variances, and levers and provide insights to senior leadership● Be a thought leader and partner with department leaders to drive sound investment decisions and operational efficiencies.● Create ad hoc analysis to support key business decisions and contract negotiations● Recommend new productivity or cost-saving initiatives.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:● 4+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth, preferably in FP&A roles at high growth companies● Experience with a fast-growing company and a track record of scaling planning, forecasting, and reporting in growth-oriented environments● A high degree of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail● Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines● SQL exposure minimum, SQL experience highly preferred● Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences● A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding, and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others; a natural bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity If this job isn’t for you but you have a friend who may be a perfect fit - share this job with them!
