Maintenance Clerk- Decatur, IL
ADM Trucking
This is a non-exempt position.
 
Position Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders and invoices
• Tracking invoices
• Responsible for scanning, answering phones, taking messages, distributing mail and filing documents
• Working with OPGO and entering data into maintenance system
• Licensing and registration of tractors/trailers
• Maintain permit
• Auditing tractor/trailer equipment files
• Process and maintain owner/operator paperwork

 Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• Accuracy and speed in performing assignments
• Prior accounting experience is necessary
• Multi-line phone, data entry and filing experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
• Ability and desire to learn quickly

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$34,900.00 - $65,500.00
