Job Summary

This role is responsible for expanding FBB solutions coverage in corporate customer including with negotiating package agreements, coordinating project and track progress, managing service charges, transferring responsibilities between teams, and building customer relationships for repeat business with AIS Fiber.

Job Description

Roles & Responses

1. Explore various projects for FBB Solution Coverage expansion and Package agreement for Corporate / Developer Customer.
2. Follow up on the progress of considering for our propose AIS Fiber Solution.
3. Coordinate for create of packages and registration for project customer.
4. Follow up the service charge according to the project conditions agreement. 
5. Coordinate with related team to transfer responsibility if there case are form Retail situation to coordinate with Direct sale / Dealer, AQM and other related team.
6. To build the relationship with Corporate / Developer customers in each project to cause repeat purchases or renew contracts with AIS Fiber

Qualifications
1. Graduated in Bachelor degree / up in any Major
2. 2 Years Experience in Telecom Business Consultancy
3. Can do the report and create proposal in MS Office
