Job Description

We are currently seeking a Technical Operations Manager for Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water to be located in Ontario, CA and report to the Factory Manager.

The Technical Operations Manager primary responsibilities will include timely, quality service to customers by indirectly leading a technical team. Primary purpose is comprised of three components:
1). Coach, develop and coordinate with team as assigned.
2). Effectively promote a culture of safety by leading, teaching and reinforcing all BlueTriton Brand Safety Standards.
3). Provide exceptional customer service leading through the execution of Standards and all advanced KPIs.
 
As the leader of equipment deployment and maintenance. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Uphold frontline employee safety through the development of/adherence to Safety Policy compliance, and the identification and execution of safety improvement opportunities. Own execution and adherence to the BTB brand and relevant standards for all processes related to safety, technical aspects, and repairs. Coordinate all aspects related to developing technical team to include hiring/retaining, auditing, training, material and process development and accountability, and timely addressing of attendance/conduct/performance issues.

Qualifications

 

Key qualifications include:

• Education: Advanced knowledge of supply chain functions, including operations, routing, distribution, warehousing and logistics, Intermediate knowledge of Customer Service CenterAdvanced knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain), Advanced knowledge of core Business Processes (Sales/Distribution, Customer Planning and Managing, Financial Reporting, Training, HR Policies) WQA certified within 12 months
• Travel: Travel required based on business need (~25-50%)
• Years of experience: Minimum 5 years related managerial experience and/or related training

 

Pay Range :$96,908 – $121,121. This role is eligible for a 20% annual bonus.
