Landmarc Environmental Systems, LLC (Landmarc) was conceived by a few environmental professionals, very experienced in both solid waste management and construction. Since then, Landmarc has grown dramatically into a multi-disciplined, vertically integrated landfill construction and service company. We are one of the largest contractors in the nation to provide gas extraction, leachate collection, and operations and maintenance services for the landfill industry.

As a project coordinator you will take direction from and work beneath senior level staff, and field personnel, assisting with project logistics and estimating. The ideal person for this position seeks a fast paced, challenging environment, a place to grow and improve skills, and a collaborative environment that is conducive to the development of their personal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project managers and Superintendents with project coordination
• Pipeline takeoffs
• Positions starts at $59,000/yr - Salaried
• Full time position
• Project Estimating
• Material/aggregate ordering
• Field Logistics
• Subcontractor Coordination
• Heavy Equipment Fleet Management
• Assist in safety Management
• Project tracking
• Read/Interpret engineering plans drawings
• Technical writing, SOP’s, Submittals
• Support senior staff as needed to complete tasks. This often includes work in excess of 40 hours per week. Overtime pay is not offered to salaried employees

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field study.
• 0-3 years of related work experience
• Strong Leadership Skills and ability to work as a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi task and prioritize work/project deadlines
• CAD/Civil3d experience is a plus but not required
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
