Registered Nurse (RN) – School & Home Care Settings
Location: Long Island, NY
Pay Rate: $45/hr-$48/hrWe’re seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team, providing personalized 1:1 care in both school and home care environments across Long Island. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of children and families while enjoying flexible scheduling and supportive collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in either home care or school/pediatric settings
• Active NYS RN license and registration
• BLS certification required

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care in school or home settings
• Conduct health assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Administer medications and implement care plans tailored to each student or patient
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Support health education and promote wellness in the school community
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and professional standards
