We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.</p> <p>If you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Engineer and maintain our core money platform capabilities, focusing on high availability, security, and scalability.</li> <li>You take ownership of your team’s operations and availability by ensuring you have the right monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, policies, testing and alerting in place to support “keep the lights on” &amp; on-call efforts.</li> <li>You will support your peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle by collaborating with product management, design &amp; analytics by participating in ideation, articulating technical constraints, and partnering on decisions that properly consider risks and trade-offs.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p> <p>We value engineers who are passionate about building resilient, trustworthy financial systems and are excited to solve complex problems in the money domain.</p> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in backend programming languages like Java or Go.</li> <li>Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis).</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.</li> <li>Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.</li> <li>Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
