Human by nature.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Regulatory Senior Data Analyst – Your future position? </b></p> <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Fragrance &amp; Beauty Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety (RAPS) team, in the role Regulatory Senior Data Analyst. </p> <p>Set within the Global Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy Centre of Excellence (CoE) and based in our offices in Argenteuil (FR), Baierbrunn (GE), Vernier (SW), Sao Paulo (BR) or East Hanover (USA). </p> <p>As a Senior Data Analyst, you will help ensure global chemical compliance and classification for our natural extraction processes. This position is a blend of data integrity management and regulatory registration, with a focus on natural ingredients within the Fragrance &amp; Beauty Division. </p> <p>As an important player, you will bring your knowledge to the team and translate into a true business partnership. You will report to the Regulatory Affairs Director. </p> <p>Sounds interesting? </p> <p>It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs. </p> <p>In this exciting role, you will: </p> <p><b>Regulatory Knowledge </b></p> <p>- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation integrity by managing regulatory data on natural ingredients and associated compliance requirements within our systems. Collaborate with operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing processes and specificities related to multiple natural ingredients. </p> <p>Additionally, oversee the registration of natural products, having regulatory knowledge around analysis of: sameness, Substance Identification Profile - SIP, Gas Chromatography - MS, and IR methodologies.  </p> <p><b>Regulatory Partnership</b> </p> <p>- Serve as the Regulatory Expert for managing natural ingredients. Provide operational teams with regulatory insights and guidance, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, relevant information to support informed decision-making and foster a culture of compliance. </p> <p><b>Analytical Expertise</b></p> <p>Acquire and analyze information necessary to ensure product compliance on naturals. Understand chemicals and naturals regulations and customer requirements to determine necessary changes needed to manage them in compliance systems. </p> <p>In collaboration with our Innovation Experts, manage our master data set, develop reports, run audits, and make recommendations to define Regulatory strategy and contribute to business growth.</p> <p><b>Global Project Management</b> </p> <p>Participate in global projects related to regulatory data integrity, focusing on natural ingredients. D in Chemistry or a related scientific field, with a focus on natural ingredients and chemical characterization. </p> <p>- Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience in regulatory affairs, in the registration of natural products with botanical knowledge. </p> <p>- Understand of global chemical compliance and classification, with experience in chemical regulations and consumer product regulations (e.g.: cosmetic and detergents). </p> <p>- Familiarity with global chemical control legislation and knowledge of EU-REACH. </p> <p>- Experience with regulatory database management such as SAP EH&amp;S. </p> <p>- Affinity for information systems with preference for SAP skills </p> <p>- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. </p> <p>- Proficiency in analytical techniques and data analysis, with a understanding of chemical characterization and analytics for natural complex substances. </p> <p>- Understand the specifics of manufacturing processes for different natural ingredients. </p> <p>- Management skills</p> <p>- Business-oriented mindset. </p> <p>- Experience in project management.</p> <p>- Rigorous spirit. </p> <p>#LI-Onsite</p> <p> </p> <p>At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful tast
