Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day!</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>In this role you will: </b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Serve as the primary technical and account servicing point of contact for a portfolio of Magnite’s omnichannel supply partners, providing proactive troubleshooting and issue resolution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive key initiatives across a defined book of business to ensure accounts are optimised and transacting to their full potential: best practice adoption for onboarding/Seller setup, integrations, and inventory management</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyse and interpret performance data to deliver actionable insights, optimisation recommendations, and revenue-driving strategies to publisher clients</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, define solutions, and drive platform enhancements that improve publisher outcomes</span><b><span> </span></b></p></li><li><p><span>Have oversight of delivery, measurement, reporting, and integration processes; contribute to strategy through weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client reports</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain and expand an in-depth knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and emerging ad tech developments (e.g., GDPR compliance, header bidding, ad exchanges) to identify client opportunities and challenges</span></p></li><li><p><span>Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Actively contribute to team-wide growth initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge sharing</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in client meetings, including product overview sessions, QBRs, and lead weekly/monthly calls</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on technical optimisation and revenue generation.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>We’re looking for someone with: </b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>4+ years of proven experience managing online advertising accounts with a strong technical focus (ideally working for an SSP, Ad Server, DSP, or large web publisher)</span></p></li><li><p><span>A solid understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, including GDPR, ad serving, ad exchanges, header bidding, and online ad technologies designed to drive publisher value</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong technical troubleshooting skills with experience diagnosing and resolving ad delivery, integration, or platform-related issues</span></p></li><li><p><span>A demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word), presentation tools (PowerPoint), and CRM systems (Salesforce)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</span></p></li><li><p><span>An analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and identifying opportunities for optimisation</span></p></li><li><p><span>An ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Confidence in presenting technical and business concepts in written and verbal formats</span></p></li><li><p><span>A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge across teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>An interest in and curiosity about the programmatic advertising industry, staying informed about the latest trends and developments</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Comprehensive Perks and Benefits</b><span>: </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Holiday Breaks and Quarterly Wellness Days</span></p></li><li><p><span>Equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan</span></p></li><li><p><span>Family-Focused Benefits and Parental Leave </span></p></li><li><p><span>Competitive Pension Plan</span></p></li><li><p><span>Disability and Life Insurance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mobile Phone Subsidy</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fitness and Wellness Reimbursement</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Company Culture: </b></b></p><p><span>We believe collaboration is essential to success.
