Job Description As an HR Associate working in a 24/7 shift system, you will support our team at Vergeer in Reeuwijk, Woerden, and Bodegraven. You will be responsible for ensuring the onboarding process for new employees runs smoothly and for processing their hours worked and schedules. In addition, you will serve as the point of contact for tasks related to night taxis and handle urgent calls from the Planning and Social Support departments.
Activities
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees; - Processing hours worked and providing support with scheduling; - Coordinating night taxi rides; - Handling emergency calls outside of business hours
We are looking for someone who:
- Preferably has experience in HR or planning; - Has strong communication skills and works well in a team; - Willing to work in a 24/7 shift schedule; - Is flexible and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment; - Speaks English at a conversational level; - Must have a valid driver's license (Class B).
