Europe Reimbursement Lead

What you'll do

• Global Market Access: Ensure successful product entry and market access across our key global markets - UK, France, Benelux & DACH
• Market Opportunities: Identify and evaluate market opportunities, barriers, and challenges in target regions
• Pricing and Reimbursement: Design competitive pricing strategies and drive reimbursement approach
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with payers, government bodies, and key industry stakeholders
• Market Intelligence: Monitor global trends, competitor activities, and healthcare policies, sharing insights with the team
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams across Powerful Medical (e.g. clinical, regulatory, commercial) to align market access strategies
• Advocacy and Representation: Represent the company at conferences and meetings, advocating for the value of our cardiology solutions

What you need

• 5+ years of experience in market access, pricing, and reimbursement within the healthcare industry, preferably in cardiology
• Proven track record of successfully securing product access in multiple global markets
• Strong understanding of global healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and HTA methodologies
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with experience engaging with payers and regulatory bodies
• Able to work autonomously, have a problem-solving mentality, and always willing to tackle things hands-on
• Passion and enthusiasm for disruptive medical technology and a desire to make a tangible difference in people's lives
