We are looking to expand the Growth team with a Senior Business Development Representative that wants to join a fast-growing startup. As a member of the Lang.ai sales team, your work will have a direct impact on the company's growth and help us meet our ambitious vision to become a category-defining company in the Customer Experience space.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A proven track record of high achievement in lead generation
• The drive to do whatever it takes to accomplish your goals
• The ability to find a way around any encountered obstacles
• Experience working in environments that aren’t clearly defined
• A natural desire to work in a fast-paced nascent industry
• You are creative and an out of the box thinker
• You have experience working in an early stage environment
• Spanish speaker is a bonus
• 1+ years of B2C or CX experience required

WHO YOU ARE

You are a highly-motivated, efficient, and driven collaborator who aspires to grow in a category-defining company selling in one of the fastest-growing B2B markets (CX). You are also a self-starter and confident in your ability to ideate and execute on new strategies and initiatives. You will be a representative of the Lang.ai brand and the crucial first touchpoint for our new, soon-to-be customers.

WHAT WE EMPOWER YOU WITH

Your main goal will be to generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the Sales team.

• Build, prioritize and qualify a sales list within a given vertical (or verticals)
• Research accounts to identify decision-makers and internal champions at target prospects
• Dive deep into CX communities to uncover and target qualified buyers
• Initiate conversation and build relationships with potential customers through a mix of phone calls, emails, Linkedin messages, networking, and creativity!
• Work with the sales team to ensure Lang has the highest possible close rate
• Leverage CRM and other sales tools to fully optimize your time, documenting your activities and conversations
