Graduate Assistant Operations Specialist

What you will do: 

• Support the scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings across Advancement initiatives.

• Assist with task tracking, project timelines, and preparation of materials for meetings and presentations.

• Help manage communication flow and follow-up actions across multiple internal stakeholders.

• Maintain and update shared documents, calendars, and systems used by the Advancement team.

• Facilitate projects..

• Review departmental needs and expectations and determine the most effective means of executing specific duties to ensure timely goal achievement.

• Manage the flow of activities and act as a liaison to all others involved in the operation.

• Other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Master’s program

• Retain a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student

• Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University

• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
