We are currently seeking an Research & Development Manager to lead Kimberly-Clark Professional® 's North America Dispenser Team.  This role will drive technology exploration and early product design of delivery systems across the Restroom consumables portfolio. The role will be based in Roswell, GA and report to the Senior R&D Manager of Dispensers & Onvation™.

In this role, you will:

• Lead a team through the exploration and early design of novel technologies and delivery systems across North America.

• Provide the strategic vision and decision-making to ensure best-in-class delivery system performance and appearance.

• Identify and partner with internal and external design and development partners that can assist in achieving program objectives.

• Manager budgets and forecasting resources.

• Complete administrative tasks associated with team leadership including performance management and objectives setting.

• Communicate and document project plans and results to key stakeholders across the globe.

• Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in Design Controls and Change Management.

• A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related major scientific field or engineering discipline from an accredited college or university, required.

• 10+ years of experience in a variety of technical assignments, required.

• Demonstrated ability to balance technical and managerial responsibilities in complex programs.

• A track record of strong project leadership capabilities including an ability to communicate to and manage stakeholders globally.
