Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Employer Partners and Engagement to join our ServiceNow NextGen program team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with ServiceNow customers and partners to promote hiring from our NextGen talent pool. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of the various roles available in organizations that use or implement ServiceNow, and the ability to solve customer and partner problems related to talent acquisition. This role involves close collaboration with ServiceNow stakeholders to understand the employer partner's business direction and the talent required to support it. The ideal candidate will build and execute an annual plan utilizing offerings and services developed by Nextgen team and ensure the plan for the year is successfully executed to meet the goals and objectives of NextGen and the partner's needs.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute capacity, talent, and New Product Introduction (NPI) plans to ensure partners are well-positioned for successful build, sales, pre-sales, and delivery capacity.

· Become an expert in the full ServiceNow Training catalog and product portfolio, to 1) provide recommendations for new or expanded training offerings based on employer partner requirements and 2) To create innovative methods to help employer partners identify talent resources, focusing on making offerings repeatable across the ServiceNow customer and partner ecosystem.

· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR professionals, and executives, to understand talent acquisition challenges and provide tailored solutions.

· Ensure partners are “in the know” and there is alignment between ServiceNow and employer partner growth strategies.

· Maintain alignment with internal Sales, Alliances & Channels Partner Programs team to uncover ways to incentivize and track employer partner enablement strategies, training, clearances and certification requirements

· Develop and implement strategies to effectively market and showcase the value of NextGen talent to customers and partners.

· Provide guidance and advice to customers and partners on best practices for talent acquisition and hiring from the NextGen talent pool.

· Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and talent acquisition strategies.

· Collaborate with the ServiceNow NextGen program team to continuously improve and enhance the program's offerings and value proposition.

· Track and analyze key metrics to measure impact of the NextGen talent pool on customer and partner hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

· 10+ years in ServiceNow Consulting, Sales, Strategy development, Go to market, Product Development, Talent Acquisition, HR, or other related fields.

· Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or software industry with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
