STATUS: Exempt, salaried, full-time
LOCATION: Chicago, Illinois, (currently hybrid remote/in-office schedule)
SALARY RANGE: Senior Program Manager: $60,170-$91,070 (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary:
All Chicago seeks a Senior Program Manager to serve as a strategic leader in advancing All Chicago and the homeless response system’s approach to homelessness prevention.
The SPM is primarily responsible for establishing a framework for prevention resources within All Chicago, which includes both the oversight of prevention financial resources as well as collaboration with other systems to prevent discharge into homelessness. The SPM is responsible for identifying and managing partnership relationships that advance the prevention work, and overseeing subcontracts or contracts that support service delivery. The SPM must be able to help All Chicago create and implement a strategic vision for ensuring that prevention resources are maximizing impact. This will be done in conjunction with the Data and Performance Team. The SPM must have excellent relationship, management, and organization skills along with knowledge of budgets, compliance, and monitoring. Additionally, the SPM will be responsible for working on other special projects related to All Chicago’s role as the Collaborative Applicant and lead on the CoC Implementation Structure.

Position Responsibilities:
Program Oversight Responsibilities
- Work with the Vice President of Strategy and Innovation to ensure all programming aligns with known research and best practices; develop and implement changes to programming necessary to maximize impact.
- Develop and retain relationships with leaders in other systems, such as child welfare, to collaboratively prevent discharge into homelessness.
- Use a Data Driven Performance Management approach for managing subcontracted partners, including leading the evaluation, data analysis, continuous improvement, and reporting activities, including to donors and other stakeholders.
