Director oversees planning/execution, roles/responsibilities, monitoring, and communication cadence.

Job Responsibilities

•    Perform account activation duties such as opening lead accountable for facilitating new account project plans, inclusive of onsite visits, as needed
•    Manage a practical implementation path and handoff of activation in a simple, rigorous, and measurable manner
•    Work in partnership with all stakeholders tailoring an opening plan ensuring successful account opening and ongoing momentum
•    Enable delivery with speed and agility by clearly understanding all challenges and opportunities
•    Move many multi-faceted and multi-tiered processes forward while maintaining attention to detail under extreme time pressures
•    Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI by analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing processes; identify areas of improvement
•    Aggressively manage implementation processes, improvement teams, and other stakeholders. Create and present reports, develop and perform trainings as needed.
•    Create documentation outlining process and program changes; provide troubleshooting and continuous improvement strategic thought leadership
•    Employ resourcefulness drawing on diverse approaches to provide solutions and information to achieve desired outcomes
•    Enable identification, resolution, and potential escalation of issues and mid-course correction/revision of plans
•    Validate the expected plan execution and outcomes as defined/desired by Client/Aramark
•    Identify and manage risks that may impede the plan success
•    Continually bring perspective based on input/feedback and identify ways to improve effectiveness/efficiency while simultaneously leveraging effective practices 
•    Foster support and relationships by developing a strong level of trust and credibility with all stakeholders; act as an operator advocate throughout the process
•    Manage high, wide, and deep expectations throughout the process to foster an environment of accountability and partnership
•    Utilize deliberate influence strategies to impact, shape, or re-direct the behaviors of others without formal authority and to navigate through different levels of leadership and varied perspectives to achieve alignment
•    Accelerate buy-in through a series of activities that help end-users uncover barriers and co-design potential solutions
•    Translate and communicate information, implications, and recommendations using clear written and verbal skills appropriately with a diverse audience
•    Leverage subject matter experts to proactively expedite task actions
•    May act as the main point of contact for both business unit and client

Qualifications

•    Excellent ability to be part of multiple account activations/projects of varying size and complexity while simultaneously meeting conflicting deadlines in a diverse, challenging, dynamic, decentralized environment
•    Creative and flexible in style and attitude; employs a facilitative approach to project management and change management; adaptive to new situations
•    Professional with “moxie” who has an urbane and sophisticated business acumen that can give perspective and be an essential business partner
•    Proven ability to take strategy from concept to operational implementation
•    Demonstrates a strong aptitude for leadership with perseverance, assertiveness, high energy, and a sense of enthusiasm who can inspire and motivate others
•    Ability to build on a vision; design through process simulation and optimization for application development
•    Ability to be a decision maker on suitable strategies, objectives, and risk mitigations
