QC Lead Planner

The QC Lead Planner is a integral member of the quality team who will provide direction to the department resources based on schedule needs and resource availability.  This team member will act as the conduit between the scheduling department and the QC Superpervisor at all times.  This individual possesses strong communication, computer and reasoning skills which are required for success in this position.   

 

A bachelores degree or equivalent work experience is required for consideration as QC Lead Planner.

 

The candidate for the position of QC Lead Planner will support the shop and drive work including:

Plan shop activities for the QC department:

-Paperwork

-Tooling

-Resources

-Pre Job Brief

-Space/Area for work to be performed

Notify Project Management of upcoming witness and hold points

Create and sign shippers for both vendor and final shipments

Adjust and update schedules in P6/Simio

Issue and attach revised production order pages

Closeout of production orders upon completion

Prioritize shop activities for planned work and receipt inspection

Assist supervision in needs for training
