Today we develop, construct and operate wind generation in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. In addition, we have a clear strategy to develop our solar PV and battery operations further.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senio</strong>r <strong>Asset Integrity Engineer</strong> –Integrated Operations to work within our Business Area Wind, Offshore, Generation.</p><p>Generation is the organization that is fully accountable for the Asset performance of Vattenfall’s offshore wind farms. This includes operating the wind farms through optimization of revenues in relation to the power market and maintaining the wind farms in a healthy, safe, sustainable and cost efficient way to ensure best availability and full compliance with requirement.</p><p>Working within the Asset Integrity Management Department in AIM and Integrated Operations, the Senior Asset Integrity Engineer will work with a variety of stakeholders especially in Offshore Engineering, Asset Management and Operations Delivery to ensure focus on optimizing the operational life and yield of the windfarms and our portfolio of operating assets.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>As part of Integrated Operation and fully deployed to support our Asset Integrity Management Team:</p><p>• Being part of continues development of Asset Integrity Management framework, delivering and systematic approach to Asset Integrity Management</p><p>• Report accurately on the performance, status and health of our assets.</p><p>• Ensure Our integrity is understood across our operating fleet and also ensure readiness within Asset Integrity for our future projects</p><p>• Proactively support Integrity issues in our operating fleet &amp; and project</p><p>• In Collaboration with the different disciplines across Generation &amp; Engineering ensure data availability to support Risk Based &amp; Condition based maintenance Programs</p><p>• Outline and manage all condition monitoring, inspection and maintenance data collection activity, collate and integrate data to AIM and CMMS systems, so it supports the Asset Integrity Framework and quality in our Asset integrity reporting</p><p>• Work with change management and root cause analysis to support operating fleet and projects</p><p>• Work with our technical authorities/specialist to develop appropriate and cost effective risk mitigation strategies and review external repair recommendations</p><p>• Engage in assignments in product development, Classification of consequence, project delivery or operational assets as required for asset integrity management for future sites.</p><p>• Prepare and update key technology and process documents within Asset Integrity Management</p><p>• Work with project management on operational optimization programs</p><p><strong>Specific responsibilities in Asset Integrity Management :</strong></p><p>• Act as the Engineering focal point to establish overview and manage Integrity issues with within our operating assets</p><p>• With support of our Technical Authorities ensure that decisions made for Integrity within cable, WTG, foundations, offshore structures and substations are done on an informed basis and with full transparency towards managing our Asset Risk.</p><p>• Prepare learnings from internal and external projects by e.g. supporting regular technical exchange forums</p><p>• Ensure we drive the Development of our Integrity Management Framework</p><p>• Participate actively in the structuring and creation of our Integrity Management Team</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>The role requires the following profile:</strong></p><p>• You have a Integrity Management Background and/ or Preferably an engineering university degree (M.Sc. or PhD) with a minimum of 5 years relevant Integrity work experience within larger asset operators.</p><p>• A toolbox understanding of what it requires to build a high performing Asset Integrity focus.</p><p>• Experience in Asset Management Risk and Integrity Management</p><p>• You command English in both verbal and written form.</p><p>• You possess a positive mind-set, see opportunities with a “glass half full” approach to your work.</p><p>• You are a highly motivated and communicative with enthusiasm a
