Medicare Provider Data Quality & Accuracy Senior Advisor

Summary  

The Provider Data Quality & Accuracy (PDQA) team is looking for a Senior Advisor to partner with the PDQA Director, ensuring effective operational and strategic alignment across the team. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem solving and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, helping to make sure we meet certain goals and metrics, as defined by business and regulatory requirements.   

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities  

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring processes are streamlined and aligned with team goals. 

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. 

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment with overall provider operations strategy. 

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 

• Assist in the development and execution of team strategies. 

• Prepare and present reports, presentations and other documents to the leadership team. 

• Facilitate effective communication between the PDQA team and other departments. 

 

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role. 

• Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving operational excellence. 

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. 

• Strong analytical, synthesizing, & problem-solving skills with emphasis on utilizing business processes & technology to solve business problems.   

• Demonstrated ability to work at both conceptual & detailed levels. 

• Willingness to share opinions and take risks.  

• Creative thinker with ability to think outside the box & translate strategies into actions.   

• Strong, clear, concise, and analytical written and oral communication skills. 

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 119,800 - 199,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
