Transit Link Reservations Staff  

Transit Team is a provider of paratransit transportation services in the Twin Cities metro area.  As a Transit Link reservationist, you will be the voice of our company in every interaction with our clients.  Transit Link is a curb-to-curb minibus or van service for the general public that operates on weekdays throughout the county you’re assigned to. Daily job duties include: answering customer phone calls, booking ride requests for customers, canceling rides requests, providing ride ETA data, informing customers of their next day’s ride times and explaining the policies regarding Transit Link system and service. Schedule is working Monday - Friday 6:55AM-3:30PM at $17.75/hour

 

Qualifications: 

·       Clean criminal record 

·       Good communication and computer skills 

·       Prior customer service skills a plus 

·       Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area
