Overview
As Technical Project Manager you will oversee multiple concurrent projects, manage client communications, allocate resources, ensure platform setup and strategy mastery, and mitigate risks. This role will require balancing competing priorities, maintaining thorough documentation, and driving continuous improvement based on customer feedback and data.

Overview
As Technical Project Manager you will oversee multiple concurrent projects, manage client communications, allocate resources, ensure platform setup and strategy mastery, and mitigate risks. This role will require balancing competing priorities, maintaining thorough documentation, and driving continuous improvement based on customer feedback and data.
Reponsibilities
- Project Management: Define project scope, plan timelines, and coordinate resources. Manage multiple (10-20) in-flight projects simultaneously while independently balancing competing priorities.
- Client Communication: Act as the main contact, manage expectations, and address concerns.
- Resource Allocation: Assign tasks to product, technical, and business consultants.
- Platform Setup and Mastery: Ensure the platform is technically configured according to the required capabilities and the customer is knowledgeable and has passed Mastery guidelines.
- Strategy Mastery: Ensure the customer has set up the platform with the proper strategy in place.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success. Demonstrate a proactive approach to escalation (early and often).
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and implement enhancements. Leverage customer data, feedback, and expertise to drive constant improvement of our internal processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field of study, or commensurate professional experience.
- Five or more years of experience managing SaaS implementations or providing other customer-facing project management support.
- Strong technical background working for SaaS platform companies, including SSO configuration, user provisioning and de-provisioning, platform and network security, service-oriented architecture, and associated web technologies.
- Strong project management, communication, customer leadership, and software delivery skills including the ability to proactively manage customer expectations, project plans, scope creep, budgets, multiple team resources, issues, and internal/external statuses.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects across customers while contributing to internal initiatives.
- Highly enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, customer-focused, and service-oriented.
