As a member of the Information Security team, the Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – Vulnerability Management is focused on proactively detecting and responding to cyber threats in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role has deep subject matter expertise in Vulnerability Management (VM) and will play a critical part in safeguarding sensitive healthcare data, protecting patient care systems, and reducing organizational risk through proactive vulnerability identification, analysis, and remediation coordination.

 

• Lead and execute the enterprise vulnerability management program across cloud, on-premises, clinical, and corporate environments.
• Conduct regular scanning and assessments using industry-standard tools (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7) across endpoints, servers, networks, medical devices (IoMT), and cloud platforms.
• Analyze, triage, and prioritize vulnerabilities based on exploitability, business impact, threat intelligence, and asset criticality.
• Partner closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, Application Development, and Clinical Engineering teams to drive timely remediation of vulnerabilities.

Requirements include:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or another related discipline.
• 5 to 8+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• At least 3 to 5 years focused specifically on vulnerability management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise vulnerability management programs in mid-to-large sized organizations.
• Strong experience coordinating vulnerability discovery, triage, reporting, and remediation across multiple stakeholder
• An understanding of organizational mission, values, and goals and consistent application of this knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
• Self-motivated and possessing of a high sense of urgency and personal integrity.
