Kindbody’s clinically managed program covers the full spectrum of reproductive health, including both female and male fertility, which encompasses fertility assessments and education, fertility preservation, genetic testing, in vitro fertilization (IVF), donor and surrogacy services, and adoption, as well as a full continuum of reproductive care including physical, mental, and emotional support.

About the Role

As an experienced Phlebotomist, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. This role is a Temporary position and is based out of our Denver clinic.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Verify request, patient and specimen information.
  • Draw blood from patients and process specimens following established procedures and techniques.
  • Follow in-process quality control procedures
  • Remain aware of patient emotional/physiological conditions and reports abnormal conditions to the proper people
  • Perform related duties, as required.
  • Ensure lab specimens are sent to proper labs
  • Document patient care services utilizing daily logs and patient records
  • Utilize the computer in entering labs and printing labels from our own EMR 
  • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients’ families
  • Ensure the patient environment is set up, organized and clean
  • Support and promote excellence in customer service
  • Provide feedback to HQ on process improvement and job specifications to help gain efficiencies in your day-to-day

Who You Are

  • Certified in Phlebotomy from a National Organization, preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Phlebotomy experience OR Phlebotomy/Medical Assistant education program, required.
  • Experience in and a passion for women’s health, fertility is a plus
  • Strong communication skills & a team player
  • Willingness to be flexible and roll with the punches
  • Detail oriented
  • Exemplifies strong customer service skills and professionalism
