You will also research and evaluate potential partners, assessing their capabilities and expertise to strategically improve our partnerships. You will manage partners and processes against defined SLAs and KPI targets, following regulations and company guidelines.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Project Management</b>: <span>Plan, coordinate and execute daily operations as well as testing and pilots and develop processes and timings. Optimise and organise structures and tasks to enable internal and external teams to continue effective collaboration and efficiencies. Also manage project administrations such as Scope of Work, NDAs and also manage crisis situations when needed and escalate issues as well as solutions to Team Leads.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Role model</b>: <span>Live and breeze Zalando OFMS and</span> <span>support more junior team members, including prioritisation, supporting and mentoring using your excellent communication and management skills. Working closely with Team lead(s) to contribute to overall structures for success and growth of talent and team.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Dynamic Collaboration</b>: <span>Work closely with cross-functional teams to determine needs and requirements, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Facilitate communications required throughout the entire lifecycle with colleagues and stakeholders. Hold workshops and regular retrospective meetings with external partners to constantly improve outcomes and strengthen collaboration.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Performance Monitoring</b>:<span> Take charge of monitoring and evaluating external partner performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and KPI such as time to online and attribute and visual quality score, demonstrating your commitment to excellence. </span></p></li><li><p><b>Compliance and Risk Mitigation</b>:<span> Ensure external partners comply with legal and regulatory requirements, managing contracts, licences, and intellectual property rights, while proactively mitigating potential risks associated with vendor partnerships.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Contract Development</b>:<span> Have strong commercial
