About the role

<p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>The designated territory for this role covers Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas.</p> <p>The <strong>Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) </strong>is responsible for contributing to account sales, service, and support activities of all Oncology products. The role includes ensuring patients adherence to the prescribed test cadence with a focus on improving patient outcomes. The individual will identify areas of improvement in clinical workflows, test fulfillment, internal systems and processes. Responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining key relationships and working with customers and internal partners that enable Signatera patient retention and unit growth within existing customers.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain &amp; support existing customers&nbsp;</li> <li>Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.</li> <li>Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure that patients remain on the protocol prescribed by the Oncologist.</li> <li>Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff members with a focus on customer support, coordination of logistics, and problem solving&nbsp;</li> <li>Become experts on all Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize effectiveness in the field.&nbsp;</li> <li>Educate medical professionals on the tools and resources that Natera provides to facilitate test order management</li> <li>Utilize and maintain internal reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume.</li> <li>Be a key team player within the sales organization who can partner with internal stakeholders, such as sales reps, patient coordinators, territory managers, etc., to achieve the best outcomes for the patient and the provider.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience</li> <li>Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background</li> <li>Minimum of 2&nbsp; years of sales experience&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Thrives in ambiguous environments</li> <li>Exceptionally bright, flexible, self-motivated, and results oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically&nbsp;</li> <li>Must act with a sense of urgency&nbsp;</li> <li>Have a strong desire to work in a fast-pace e
