<div class="content-intro"><p>Founded in 2000, FAM Brands designs, manufactures, and sells men’s and women’s sportswear and active wear apparel to major retailers, big box stores, and specialty boutiques&nbsp;across the country and throughout the world.&nbsp;Our portfolio of proprietary brands features Marika, Wildfox, Three Dots, and Balance Collection, while a partial list of licensing partners includes Orvis, Jessica Simpson, Eddie Bauer, and Woolrich.&nbsp;</p> <p>With the capacity to produce over 75 million units per year, our mission continues to be making top-quality apparel accessible to everyone at an impressive value and an irresistible price.</p> <p><strong>That's the FAM Brands difference.</strong></p></div><p><strong>SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>Support the design process for assigned category, from concept to final product.</div> </li> <li> <div>Maintain all style and design information in Centric PLM.</div> </li> <li> <div>Collaborate with the sales, senior design, and merchandising teams to conceptualize and develop new product ideas.</div> </li> <li> <div>Create design presentations and product specs for new product lines using the PLM system.</div> </li> <li> <div>Research and stay up-to-date on trends in the industry.</div> </li> <li> <div>Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for products using the PLM system.</div> </li> <li> <div>Collaborate with vendors to ensure that products are manufactured to specification.</div> </li> <li> <div>Participate in fit sessions to ensure that products meet design and quality standards.</div> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>Bachelor's degree in a related field such as fashion design, textiles, or product design.</div> </li> <li> <div>4+ years of experience in design.</div> </li> <li> <div>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience with PLM systems is a must for this role.</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience in the mass market and licensed brands is a plus.</div> </li> <li> <div>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</div> </li> <li> <div>A portfolio of relevant design work is required.</div> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pa
