Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The 2nd Shift Labor Management Clerical will be proficient in all LM applications, including Manhattan, Lucas Engage and Dematic. The Labor Management Clerical will have an assigned focus on completing job functions that maintain the integrity of the operational productivity and audit records. The role will require maintaining user data bases and assisting with technical support of all LM applications.

HOURS: Tuesday-Thursday 10am-8pm, Friday 9am-7pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Update and send out daily gap tracking and Clock In Clock Out reports.
  • Research and resolve reprocessing errors, associate gap time and system errors.
  • Manual entry of daily supply chain totals.
  • Manual entry of audit information.
  • Manage user permissions and settings in Labor Management applications (Manhattan, Lucas, Dematic and Tableau).
  • Collaborate with HR team/staffing agencies for profile setup of new hires.
  • Manage physical gift card fulfillment, including processing and shipping of gift card orders. Manage gift card inventory and supplies, collaborating with mail room and procurement teams as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • At least 1-2 years clerical experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Energetic and adaptable in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify and remove obstacles preventing success.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Able to work overtime, including extra days.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
