Metsa Board Americas Corp is looking for a

CREDIT CONTROLLER (PART-TIME, 20-25 hours weekly)

to join our credit management team in Norwalk. You will report to the Regional Credit Manager and collaborate closely with many internal and external stakeholders.

What will you get to do?

Your key responsibilities include: 

• Manage Accounts Receivable portfolio for customers in Americas with focus on Latam
• Assist with credit limit reviews/renewals
• Collect on aged invoices, short pays, discrepancies
• Work with all business areas (Board, Wood, Tissue, Fibre)
• Produce weekly, monthly, annual reports for key stakeholders
• Review and manage blocked orders in ERP system
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks/assignments and consistently meet deadlines
• Handle special projects/assignments as necessary.

What are we expecting of you?

• 4 year degree from accredited college or university
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Willingness to travel for credit meetings, trainings, and customer visits
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle stress and balance multiple priorities effectively
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
