About the role
This job is intended for staff who are currently enrolled in an ABA Masters program with the intent to receive their BCBA licensure. These teammates must be willing to transfer to the Barnes Clinic and start off as an RBT and transition into the intern role once all clients are running at full prescription at the Barnes Location.
Compensation Information:
- $21-$27/hour
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional clinical services to clients and their families, to ensure optimal progress.
- Demonstrate high treatment integrity across all programming implementation, including both skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Focus on collaboration and communication with ABA team members and other Interdisciplinary service providers, to ensure the mastery, generalization, and maintenance of skills.
- Demonstrate high treatment integrity scores(i.e.,>90%)
- Demonstrate accurate data collection, including Inter Observer Agreement (IOA).
- Ensure client documents and materials are organized, accessible, and in compliance with expectations.
- Respond appropriately to feedback as indicated in the RBT competency assessment and apply feedback promptly to continually provide exceptional services to clients.
- Demonstrate effective communication and professional interpersonal skills to facilitate effective therapeutic rapport with families and a team-oriented model with other service providers and team members.
- Complete all clinical documentation correctly and in a timely manner to facilitate effective client care.
- Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments under the supervision of the ABA Intern Manager or other BCBAs at Woven Care.
- Assistintheassessmentanddevelopmentofindividualtreatmentplansforclients.
- Provideinitialandongoingstafftrainingonclientbehavioralandskillacquisition protocols.
- Provide positive and constructive feedback to staff regarding clinical and professional skills under the supervision of the BCBA.
- Facilitate day-to-day operations of the team by ensuring that all necessary paperwork, materials, scheduling, and documentation are up to date.
- Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the BCBA
- Utilize safe and appropriate handling and guidance procedures when working with working with clients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
- Collaborate with treatment team including client, parents and caregivers, outside professionals, BCBA, Lead Behavior Technicians, ABA Interns, and co-workers.
- Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training.
- Demonstrate ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols as written.
- Required to complete direct therapy hours with clients throughout the week
