The Role

As a Tax Professional at Kyndryl, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our tax operations are not only efficient but also strategically aligned with our business objectives. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, from providing support for tax compliance to managing tax risk with precision and foresight.

You'll also have the opportunity to take the lead on day-to-day tax advisory matters, offering invaluable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Your expertise will extend to tax accounting support and seamless coordination with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that our tax strategies are executed flawlessly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in relevant tax and/or tax accounting

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Proficient use of technical tools and programs required to perform their responsibilities e.g., MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and similar tools

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous relevant experience with a combination of in-house experience with a large multinational enterprise and relevant Big 4 experience

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $120,360 to $228,840 based on a full-time schedule.  Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage req
