Banquet and Event Server

Description

As a Banquet and Event Server at IR Eats, you'll deliver exceptional dining experiences by working alongside our kitchen and event teams. From setup to cleanup, you'll serve guests with attentiveness and care, while helping to maintain a smooth, efficient event. This role requires teamwork, adaptability, and a genuine passion for serving others, contributing directly to our mission of building community through service. 

Responsibilities: 

• Guest Service: Greet and direct attendees, provide answers about food, and serve meals (buffet, plated, etc.) with professionalism and care.
• Event Support: Help set up and break down event spaces, ensuring a smooth transition before and after the event. 
• Kitchen Collaboration: Work closely with chefs and event leads on food prep, orders, and dietary needs.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout the event, upholding safety standards. 
• Customer Care: Address guest concerns proactively and resolve issues with patience and empathy. 

Requirements

Education: 

Minimum High School Diploma or GED 

Experience: 

• Previous serving experience preferred.
