This role will be based in Detroit, San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago.

We are looking for a Marketing Solutions leader to join our team. You will lead a team of individuals who are responsible for educating and persuading new advertisers to embrace LinkedIn Marketing Solution's capabilities. You have an incredible passion for coaching and developing talent, and you will lead your team to prioritize and develop effective strategies to help ensure the long-term success of our SMB advertisers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of Account Executives towards excellence and to overachieve on business objectives and results
- Develop and execute on a scaled strategy to engage, grow and retain our small and mid-sized Marketing Solutions customers in North America.
- Coach and develop team members to be resilient in the face of challenges, change and setbacks. Help them to distinguish between what’s relevant and what’s unimportant to make sense of complex situations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions product portfolio and industry knowledge to be able to guide your team through difficult and/or competitive customer engagements.
- Possess strong general management capabilities. e.g. ability to report on key business trends, create business plans and quarterly reviews.
- Develop and implement best practices and key metrics for your team to drive quarterly revenue and engagement goals.
- Identify areas of opportunities in our go-to-market strategy and sales motions and contribute to the development of systems, tools and processes to realize those opportunities
- Influence product enhancements, collaborating closely with marketing, product and other cross-functional teams to grow segment revenues
- Partner closely with sales leadership to align goals and incentives for the overall health of the business
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing and developing teams
2+ years of media sales or digital media account management experience
6+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer support, marketing, or consulting
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Leader with a deep understanding of SMB (B2B) customers, their business challenges and marketing goals having led SMB sales or marketing teams focused on this customer segment.
- Operational skills with the ability to autonomously identify challenges and make strategic recommendations including processes, systems and product enhancements.
- Commercial mindset with a balanced data-driven/science and sales approach to optimizing customer potential, customer value and revenue contribution to LinkedIn.
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional partners at the Director and Sr. Director level.
- Demonstrated success in leading highly productive sales teams, inspiring an organization of ICs to reach their revenue, team and professional goals

The pay range for this role is $243,000 to $370,000 (On Target Earnings) Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
