Role Description
At Worldpanel Technology organisation reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this role will coordinate the successful delivery of technology initiatives, with focus on aligning project execution with organizational priorities, ensuring efficient delivery, and encouraging collaboration across teams to achieve desired outcomes within the defined scope and constraints.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out technology delivery projects from start to finish using established industry standards
- Coordinate the execution of technology activities in scope, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Coordinate the development, testing, deployment and transition of global tools
- Program/Project reporting, providing regular status updates and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Work closely with counterparts in product management and business operations to maintain cross-functional program alignment
- Identify and lead project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize impact on results.
- Lead cross-functional technology teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure effective communication across global and country-based teams, aligning efforts to achieve program/project goals.
Key Capabilities
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience leading complex, multi-component technology delivery projects within a global or cross-organizational program framework.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification; familiarity with PMI best practices is important.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic alignment with operational execution
- Familiarity with analytics tools and technologies
- Experience with project management tooling (MS Project preferred), Azure DevOps and Jira
- Deep understanding of technology development lifecycles, testing, and support frameworks (SDLC, ITIL).
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
