Senior Warehouse Manager

As a Senior Warehouse Manager you will manage the daily operations of multiple warehouses within the division and across multiple states.

**Salary Range: $102,000 - $120,000 per year

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00 pm, additional days and hours may be required

 Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple warehouse operations within the division and across multiple states
• Manage daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity, shipping, receiving, and customer service
• Ensure supplies are properly managed utilizing the Oracle -Peoplesoft and Cerner systems, cycle counts inventory turns, replenishment, bench stock
  adjustments.
• Review daily productivity reports to ensure we are in line with guidelines
• Interact with laboratories to review supply usage and week over week variances
• Ensure monthly inventories are performed throughout the division, review and approve the counts
• Review monthly financial results with finance department, explain variances
• Meets regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention and increased productivity
• Subject to exposure to typical warehouse and office environments. This may include machinery, automated belts, loading docks, PPE and lockout/tagout procedural requirements.
• Travel to additional sites as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management databases, fulfillment systems highly preferred
• Warehouse experience with multiple locations and within medical environments preferred
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Strong customer service communication skills; strong writing skills, and good presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong initiative; ability to grasp concepts; analytical thinking skills and ability to anticipate next steps; organized and thorough in work; ability to multi-task and manage workload
• Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
• Basic computer and data entry skills; Advanced Excel and/or reporting tool skills
• PeopleSoft experience preferred
