Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Experienced Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to provide an outstanding shopping experience to our customers. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and building lasting customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• · Customer Service: Greet and engage customers, provide product information, and assist in making purchase decisions.

  · Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting store promotions.

  · Merchandising: Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, stocked, tagged and organized to reflect brand standards.

  · Cashiering: Accurately handle cash, credit, and other transactions while maintaining a high level of integrity.

  · Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and efficient manner.

  · Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals and foster a positive work environment.

  · Store Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including inventory checks and restocking as well as any tasks assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• · Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced or customer-centric environment, or comparable customer service experience.

  · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  · Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  · Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.

  · Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.

  · Basic math and counting skills required.

  · Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
