Job Title: North American Digital Marketing Manager
Salary: $90k annually

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global business and play a key role in driving customer acquisition across the US and Canadian markets. Reporting to Helen Fisher, Digital Director, Growth & Transformation, the Digital Marketing Manager sits at the center of our ambitious growth strategy and offers the chance to make a real impact across multiple markets and digital channels.
This position owns the day-to-day performance of PPC and SEM, paid social, and affiliate channels, while also identifying, testing, and scaling new digital marketing opportunities. The successful candidate will oversee digital agency partners to maximize return on investment, continuously refine strategies, and align activity with seasonal demand and key product priorities.
Working closely with product and regional marketing teams, the Digital Marketing Manager will use data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers, translating these into clear actions that improve marketing effectiveness and support overall business growth.

What you’ll do;
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing channels
• Optimize channel mix and spend to improve efficiency and return on investment
• Identify and act on market trends, opportunities and performance insights
• Align marketing activity with product priorities and regional strategies
• Manage and challenge agency partners to deliver against performance targets
• Deliver continuous testing and optimization to improve conversion and acquisition
• Contribute to overall market performance through data led decision making
