Job Description Summary
Develop innovative strategies to grow the Transamerica Financial Advisors (TFA)/Transamerica Financial Network (TFN) wealth management business. Manage and oversee existing product offerings and build out new programs for TFA’s advisors and clients. Lead team to continuously improve TFA’s wealth management business.Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the optimal portfolio of products/programs for TFA’s wealth management business.
- Oversee brokerage and advisory platform development and enhancements to serve our client and advisor market.
- Drive and lead the team supporting financial professionals who are growing their business with wealth management products.
- Assist in the development of standardized operational and supervisory processes for the advisory business/platforms.
- Develop initiatives to train, educate and advise IARs on products, services and programs to increase productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or equivalent experience
- Ten years of experience in broker/dealer and/or registered investment advisor industry
- FINRA Series 7
- FINRA Series 65 or 66
- Leadership/management experience with ability to manage internal and external relationships
- Experience in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of fee based advisor platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Independent broker-dealer experience
- ChFC or CFP designation
- Familiarity with leading wealth management and custodian platforms: Foliofn, Envestnet
Working Conditions
- Office or hybrid office/remote environment
- Moderate travel- 25%

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $135,000-$145,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
