Overview
Maintain clean working bars in accordance with OVG , Illinois Liquor Commission and Health Department standards. Provide a superior guest experience; perform duties to ensure adequate supply of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, set-up bars, ensure supply of glasses and ice for the bars.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $25.01 to $25.53.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete all Bar requisitions in an accurate and timely manner.
- Retrieve bar supplies from the storage area, ensure supplies are in good working order.
- Stock and rotate bars as required, respond to bartender requests for stock and check bars to monitor stock levels.
- Delivery of all bar items to bars in a timely manner, return all items back to West Warehouse/WINTRUST Arena Warehouse and ensure all alcohol is properly locked up.
- Communicate to management any shortages, overages, or areas of concern that require immediate attention.
- Responsible for ice, extra product and garbage cans when servers are present (add product to bars when they are low and not out).
- Ensure all Beverage storage rooms are kept organized (especially kegs) and neatly put away.
- Responsible for all sanitation of designated Beverage areas. Floors must be mopped nightly, and all garbage removed in designated beverage areas. Ensure cleanliness of shelves, kegerators, coolers, walls, etc.
- Rotate stock when product comes in. Maintain all products that are out of date, use the First In, First Out rule.
- All hard liquor bottles are required to be combined with the same type of liquor at the end of the night when restocking in warehouse.
- Provide friendly, quick, professional service to guests and co-workers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Educational Requirement
- Must have a High School Diploma/GED
- Must have sufficient math ability to accurately add, subtract, divide, multiply and perform other basic business math calculations and pass basic math skills test.
- Must speak, be able to read and understand English well enough to converse with customers,
- supervisor’s and employees.
- Understand written and oral direction and communicate effectively with others.
Skills and Abilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have basic working knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
- Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count.
- Must have ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
