We are currently seeking a Salesforce Senior Principal Architect - Remote US Position 

 

Our Salesforce Architects are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of Solution Architects provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised.

 

Day to Day / Job Function

Lead projects in the principal architect role and maintain the overall enterprise architecture strategy for Salesforce, MuleSoft and AWS.

Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals and objectives, as well as work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Customization on salesforce platform.

Ensure best practices are followed for Salesforce customization, integration, and development.

Utilize deep knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) for designing and developing user interfaces.

Provide scalable and robust solutions using Experience Cloud with LWR using the custom CSS.

Must worked on large data volumes (LDV) engagements using custom solutions which includes complex logics and integrations.

Architect and design integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for integration and API management.

Develop reusable integration assets, frameworks and documentation. Demonstrate proficiency in MuleSoft with Salesforce and RDBMS.

Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams. Mentor and coach team members on best practices and architectural principles.

Ensure the architecture supports high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Conduct performance tuning and optimization for Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions.

Ensure solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions using technologies in Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS, and Terraform.

Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, standards, and guidelines. Ensure adherence to architectural standards and governance processes.

 

Required Qualifications: 

10+ year of proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions using technologies in Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS, and Terraform

8+ years experience working in Salesforce.com & MuleSoft Integration 

5+ Salesforce projects that leverage the full capabilities (client, design, implement and optimize) of the Salesforce.

5+ Years of experience creating solutions to business requirements.

5+ years of experience working with business and development teams to successfully design and manage solutions by creating solution design documents
