Pay: $92,000 -149,500
What you will do
The Workday Technical Product Lead is responsible for eliciting business requirements and performing detailed analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance activities. You will work with business partners and technology teams to design or modify procedures to solve complex problems or improve existing procedures:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Workday technical solutions to meet business requirements
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues within Workday platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements in Workday system
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on Workday functionalities
- Stay updated on latest Workday trends and best practices to optimize system performance
- Coordinate and gather user feedback through testing, surveys, voice of the customer, etc. for Workday
- Configure, design, and solution system requests to address business requirements
- Participate and help drive the Digital HR product roadmap by building relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate these into system and reporting requirements
- Recommend system features and solutions considering priorities and tradeoffs, and help drive alignment among stakeholders
- Lead and partner with other resources to 'tell the story' of the product and feature releases; contribute to the creation and distribution of messages through various communication channels to reach defined audiences to meet specific program objectives, and promote awareness of change by assisting in creat
