As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the evolution of our banking platform used by global clients. You’ll collaborate with world-class teams, work in a modern agile environment, and help shape the next generation of financial technology.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key areas of our banking platform</li> <li>Collaborate with designers, engineers, business stakeholders, and other PMs to shape features from idea to launch</li> <li>Conduct discovery and user research to deeply understand customer needs and industry trends</li> <li>Prioritize trade-offs using data, feedback, and product intuition</li> <li>Ensure successful execution – you own the outcome, not just the backlog</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <p><strong>Must-haves:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years experience as a Product Manager in a software product company</li> <li>Strong track record of end-to-end product ownership (ideation → launch → iteration)</li> <li>Experience working closely with engineers and agile delivery teams</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>A product mindset: customer-focused, curious, and outcome-driven<br/><br/></li> </ul> <p><strong>Good-to-haves (we’ll support your learning):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-native platforms, or digital platforms</li> <li>Interest or experience in fintech, banking, or digital customer journeys</li> <li>Knowledge of DevOps or observability tools<br/><br/></li> </ul> <p>If you’re passionate about creating great products but don’t tick every box above – <strong>please apply anyway.
