They are responsible for overseeing the SIOP Demand and Supply plans, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the timely availability of products to meet customer demand. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with various departments, and the implementation of best practices to enhance enhance efficiency and minimize costs.</span></p> <h2><b>What will you be doing?</b></h2> <p><span><span>As a Supply Planner you will</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Lead monthly SIOP Demand and Supply Review Meetings and present net effects of forecasts to manufacturing, finance, and business leadership. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Develop and manage the demand forecasting process, analyzing sales data, market trends, and historical performance to create accurate demand forecasts.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Collaborate with sales and marketing to gather insights and align on demand planning strategies.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Create a monthly Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) to provide a broader assessment of capacity requirements and const
