About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate in-Salon Educator to elevate the standards in one of our iconic salons. If you're an experienced Nail Technician with a flair for coaching and developing others, this is your opportunity to play a crucial part in shaping the future of the industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver impactful in-salon onboarding and foundation training for new starters.
• Be a role model of technical excellence and brand standards.
• Coach and mentor salon team members to build skills, confidence, and consistency.
• Collaborate with your Salon Manager to identify and meet training needs.
• Stay updated on brand protocols, promotions, and product launches - and share your knowledge across the team.
• Help organize training models and ensure all compliance and e-learning is completed.
• Monitor progress of new starters in their first 90 days, ensuring they feel confident and supported.
• Give clear, constructive feedback that supports growth and performance improvement.
• Support ongoing service and technical development for all team members.

About You:

• Must have a Nail Specialty License issued by the New York State Department of State.
• Strong technical skillset and attention to detail.
• A passion for coaching and uplifting others.
• Approachable, supportive, and able to build trusted relationships.
• Confident in delivering feedback and sharing knowledge.
• Proactive and organized, with a love for learning and development.
• A true brand ambassador - driven, positive, and professional.
