<p><strong>The team, position &amp; mission:</strong></p><p>Public Cloud Delivery Norway oversees the local public cloud portfolio, drives, and grow the Public Cloud contracts and facilitate effective resource management for successful, high-quality deliveries that drive excellent customer satisfaction. Our primary goal is to acquire new clients ('logos') while maintain and grow in the Norwegian Public Cloud portfolio. </p><p></p><p>The unit oversees and manages local deliveries within the workspace areas: Collaboration &amp; Productivity (Office 365), Cloud Managed Device (Intune), Managed Application Delivery (Liquit), Managed Identity &amp; Access (Entra ID) and Cloud hosted Desktop &amp; Apps (Azure Virtual Desktop). For this position, we are looking for someone with experience in, and who wants to work with Office 365 and Entra ID.</p><p></p><p>In your new role as an advisor and consultant, you'll collaborate closely with our clients and various departments to craft tailored solutions, facilitate workshops, and spearhead projects aimed at fulfilling our clients' strategic objectives. This position is part of our newly established department, reflecting our commitment to expanding our service offerings and meeting the evolving needs of our clientele.</p><p></p><p><strong><br/>Your key areas of responsibility as Senior Consultant:</strong></p><ul> <li>Consult customers with Office 365 and EntraID.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Manage multi-tenant setups for large accounts. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Develop the Digital Workspace using DevOps. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Participate in projects. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Integrate with customer teams to provide development, automation, and operational capabilities.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Combining Cloud Architecture and engineering best practices to develop scalable and reusable solutions. </li> </ul><ul> <li>2. or 3. line to customer teams and end user support.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>As an ideal candidate you have: </strong></p><ul> <li>Experience working with Office 365.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Experience with Bicep, Powershell, MS Graph.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Understanding of AD and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) CA policies, Access Management.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Experience working with Managed Services / DevOps.</li> </ul><ul> <li>A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.</li> </ul><ul> <li>3-5 years of experience with Office 365.</li> </ul><ul> <li>C1 Advanced Norwegian Level.</li> </ul><p></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be:</strong></p><ul> <li>MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator.</li> </ul><ul> <li>SC-300: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Working experience in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 : Licenses, Exchange Online (shared mailboxes, dynamic and static distribution lists), Teams. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Experience with DevOps methodologies.</li> </ul><p></p><p>For this position, we are looking for someone who has excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
