We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the growth of our TFF Accessories business, including single-use pumps, sensors, connectors, and bottles used in critical bioprocessing applications. You will partner closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive product strategy, lifecycle management, and customer success. This is a hands-on role focused on commercial results in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the long-term growth and success of the Accessories product portfolio.

• Understand market needs, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to define and execute product strategies.

• Manage the full product lifecycle, including quoting, development, launches, product support, and internal coordination across Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Compliance.

• Collaborate with Sales and Bioprocessing Sales Specialists to increase technology adoption.

• Partner with Marketing to create product collateral, training materials, and campaigns.

• Monitor product performance, including revenue, growth, and complaint resolution.

• Participate in cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives and global product launches.

• Travel as needed (up to 25%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in bioprocessing, laboratory consumables, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of bioprocessing workflows, single-use systems, and customer needs.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

• Commercially focused with hands-on approach.

Preferred:

• Experience in filtration, TFF, or single-use bioprocessing consumables.

• Global experience or exposure to international markets.
