Job Description

•
Assist in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment
•
Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks
•
Complete all required work orders, maintenance records, and documentation accurately
•
Support production and maintenance teams
•
Perform routine inspections and basic repairs on electrical and electronic systems
•
Monitor equipment performance and report abnormal conditions to Senior Engineers or Manager
•
Assist with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming modifications under supervision
•
Participate in training activities to increase technical knowledge and skills
•
Assist with electrical installation and hookup of new automated equipment and machinery
•
Respond to machine stoppages and take appropriate action to ensure personnel safety and prevent equipment damage
•
Assist in training operators on basic equipment operation and sensor functions as directed
•
Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and company policies and procedures
•
0–3 years of industrial maintenance or automation experience
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems and industrial controls
•
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
