About the role

The Senior Director, Capital Program Oversight will play an important role in the overall success of our investment management platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent process management and operations skills. They will assume a portfolio-level perspective and manage consistent application of, and adherence to, policies and procedures to effectuate successful Capital Projects, including P&L responsibility. They will report directly to the Chief Development Officer.


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process Management & Administration
• Portfolio-Level Brand Communication and Relationship Management
• Project Monitoring and Oversight, at the Fund Level and Portfolio Level
• Enterprise-Level Vendor Management
• Affiliate Fee and Reimbursement Management and Responsibility


Qualifications:
• 5 – 7 years professional experience in a Process Management or Operations Management function
• A strong understanding of the importance of defined workstreams and their aggregation into policies, procedures and successful outcomes
• Ability to administer and enforce the adherence to defined processes and structure, internally and externally, enabling consistency in project execution, reporting, and outcome at the portfolio level
• Must be able to work independently and simultaneously analyze and synthesize quantitative data at the Project, Fund, and Enterprise levels, requiring a sound understanding of accounting practices
• Possess advanced verbal & written communication skills and a positive attitude, with keen attention to detail, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and strong organization and presentation skills.


Physical Working Demands & Working Environment: To perform the duties of this job, an individual must be able to read, write, understand and communicate effectively using the English Language. The employee is regularly required to enter information into a computer. Office Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. (Phone ringing, and intermittent communication between co-workers). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods (3-4 hours at a time). The employee is frequently required to use hands for typing, 10-key operation, telephone dialing, or controls. Must be able to talk and hear.
