SUMMARY
This is an incredible opportunity to work closely with an S&P 500 company who is disrupting the real estate business and building a world class operating platform to run the Seniors Housing business. This is an ideal role for professionals looking to build on their foundational experience and advance rapidly in their careers. You will work directly with the Group VP supporting his efforts in all facets of his job from creating presentations, to operational reporting, property level interactions, operator meetings, evaluating technology systems and site processes, supporting him with administrative and other analytical work, property inspections, and much more. You will have tremendous exposure to and will be expected to work on projects across the Group VP’s spectrum of responsibility positioning you for career advancement. This is an ideal position for a person with an analytical mind, high EQ, and a couple of years of work experience post college and looking for the opportunity to apply themselves, get exposure to numerous corporate departments, to rapidly grow their career. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing recurring and ad-hoc redevelopment reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Gather, verify, and consolidate data from multiple sources (finance, operations, development, etc.) to support portfolio analysis and project tracking.
- Support the creation of financial and operational performance summaries for redevelopment initiatives.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in reporting templates and analytics tools used by the Redevelopment group.
- Serve as a liaison between the VP, internal teams, and external partners to ensure timely communication and alignment on redevelopment priorities.
- Manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously (selective analytical work, site review work, etc.)
- Maintain the highest degree of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality for the VP
- Assist with all administrative duties, including travel, correspondence, and calendar management.
- Requires a willingness for occasional evening/weekend flexibility in line with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.

TRAVEL
Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required, analytical degree (accounting, finance, economics, engineering, etc.) a plus
- 5 years’ work experience, post college, required
- Desire to learn and grow rapidly
- Intellectual curiosity
- High energy, strong work ethic, self-motivated and results oriented
- Can do, positive attitude embracing challenges as opportunities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and willingness and aptitude to learn other programs such as Power BI, etc.
